At adfitness.org, we are committed to providing a welcoming space for individuals to pursue their fitness goals. I’ve been passionate about fitness and health my entire life, starting with sports as a child onto my career in professional football and continuing as I transitioned into personal training in 2015. With years of experience in both sports and fitness, I became a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist, constantly seeking to expand my knowledge to help others achieve their goals. I’ve been plant-based for 7 years, and my approach to fitness and nutrition is deeply rooted in a holistic, balanced lifestyle.

Fitness is not just about physical strength to me, it’s about overall health, mental well being, and a sustainable, nourishing way of living. My goal is to empower others to reach their personal goals whether that’s building strength, improving endurance, or finding balance in their nutrition. I guide my clients with personalized training programs, nutritional guidance, and a focus on long term success.
